摘要
目的:分析快速康复外科护理干预在胸腰椎微创手术患者中的应用效果及对活动度的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月在本院接受经皮椎弓根钉内固定术治疗的120例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60例)和观察组(n=60例)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行快速康复外科护理干预。对两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生率及术前、术后1个月腰椎活动度(ROM)、cobb角、椎体前缘高度、肌力评分、腰疼病情(Fairbank JC评分)、日常生活能力(ADL评分)进行观察和对比。结果:两组术后恢复情况比较,观察组用时更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组ROM、cobb角、椎体前缘高度比较,术后观察组ROM、椎体前缘高度更高,cobb角更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肌力、Fairbank JC、ADL评分比较,术后观察组肌力评分更高,Fairbank JC、ADL评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,观察组发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腰椎微创手术患者行快速康复外科护理干预,可加快康复进程,提高腰椎活动度和腰背部肌肉力,改善腰椎功能,减少并发症。
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention in patients with minimally invasive surgery and its effect on the degree of motion.Methods:120 patients with thoracolumbar fracture treated by percutaneous pedicle nail internal fixation in our hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into control group(n=60 cases)and observation group(n=60 cases)by random number table.The control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and the observation group underwent rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention.The postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,the range of lumbar mobility(ROM),cobb angle,vertebral anterior edge height,muscle strength score,lumbar pain condition(Fairbank JC score),and daily living ability(ADL score)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the two groups,the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups of ROM,cobb angle and vertebral anterior edge height,in the same case,the postoperative observation group had higher ROM height and lower cobb angle,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the muscle strength,Fairbank JC and ADL scores between the two groups,the postoperative observation group had higher muscle strength scores and lower Fairbank JC and ADL scores,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of complications between the two groups,the rate in the observed group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgical nursing intervention for patients with thoracolumbar minimally invasive surgery can accelerate the rehabilitation process,improve the lumbar mobility and lumbar back muscle strength,improve the lumbar spine function,and reduce complications,which has high application value.
