摘要
工商管理是企业管理体系中的重要组成部分,它通过确保原材料的质量和安全、强化食品加工和储存环节的卫生管理等措施,对保障企业食品生产质量安全有着十分重要的意义。然而,一些企业在工商管理工作中还存在缺乏长远管理目标、安全管理体系建设滞后、数字化应用水平偏低等问题。文章针对这些问题,从制定安全管理的长远目标、建设完善的安全管理体系以及提高数字化应用水平等方面提出了具体的对策建议。
Business management is an important component of the enterprise management system.It plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials,strengthening hygiene management in food processing and storage processes,and ensuring the quality and safety of food production in enterprises.However,some enterprises still lack long-term management goals,lag in the construction of safety management systems,and low levels of digital application in their business management work.The article proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions to address these issues,including formulating long-term goals for security management,building a sound security management system,and improving the level of digital application.
