Food additives are an indispensable part of modern food production,but their use has also raised concerns about food quality and safety.This article provides an overview of the impact of food additives on food taste,color,nutritional composition,and safety,and explores the current use status,standardized management,and future development trends of food additives.The use of food additives has been found to improve the taste and color of food,but it may also have a negative impact on the nutritional composition and safety of food.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of food additives to ensure their safe use.
