摘要
本文针对薄膜分切过程中产生静电的原因以及对后续薄膜深加工过程中静电的影响进行了分析,并就静电消除的不同方法和利弊,从设备、人员、环境湿度、薄膜本身如何抗静电以及各种静电消除器在分切机上的安装位置展开详细的论述。
This article analyzes the causes of static electricity generated during the thin film slitting process and its impact on the subsequent deep processing of thin films.A detailed discussion was conducted on the different methods and advantages and disadvantages of static electricity elimination,including equipment,personnel,environmental humidity,the film itself,and the installation positions of various static electricity eliminators on the slitting machine.
