Mn掺杂Cs_(x)Rb_(1-x)CdCl_(3)钙钛矿的光学性质和湿度稳定性

摘要 利用简单的溶剂法在室温条件下合成了一系列的x%Mn:CsCdCl_(3)钙钛矿材料,并通过结构和光学性能表征研究了不同Mn^(2+)离子掺杂浓度对CsCdCl3结构和光学性能的影响。通过A位Rb合金化对其光学性能进行调控。实验结果表明,Mn^(2+)离子掺杂可有效增强CsCdCl_(3)的光致发光强度,当Mn^(2+)离子掺杂浓度为1%时,光致发光强度达到最大;少量Rb^(+)离子的引入可进一步增强CsCdCl_(3)的光致发光强度,当Cs/Rb比为3:1时,达到最大。此外,在相对湿度为100%的环境中处理样品5 h,根据其光致发光强度的变化可知,与未合金化的1%Mn:CsCdCl_(3)相比,合金化的1%Mn:Cs_(0.75)Rb_(0.25)CdCl_(3)样品具有相对较好的湿度稳定性。 A series of x%Mn:CsCdCl_(3) perovskite materials were synthesized by a simple solvent method at room temperature,and the structure and optical properties of the CsCdCl_(3) with different Mn^(2+) ion doping concentration were studied through the characterization of the structure and optical properties.On this basis,the A-site Rb alloying further regulates its optical properties.The results show that low-concentration Mn^(2+) ion doping can effectively enhance the photoluminescence(PL) emission intensity of CsCdCl_3,and the intensity reaches the maximum when the Mn^(2+) ion doping concentration is 1%.Further,Rb alloying at the A site show that the introduction of a small amount of Rb+ ions can further enhance the PL quantum yields(QY) of CsCdCl_(3),reaching the maximum when the Cs/Rb ratio is 3:1.In addition,compared with the PL intensity after treatment for 5 h in an environment with a relative humidity of 100%,the stability of alloyed 1%Mn:Cs_(0.75)Rb_(0.25)CdCl_(3) sample has a relatively higher level than the unalloyed 1%Mn:CsCdCl_(3) sample.
