基于风阻对通风系统的优化

摘要 为解决煤矿综采工作面推进和生产能力提升所造成的通风风量不足、风阻增大等问题,以济宁一号煤矿为例开展研究,在对其通风现状分析的基础上,对一采区和三采区的通风阻力进行测定,并对应提出两种优化方案,从改造成本、技术可行性以及解算软件3个层面对方案进行对比,得出采用方案一优化具有明显优势,对方案一的优化效果进行评估。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient ventilation air volume and increased wind resistance caused by the promotion and production capacity improvement of coal mine comprehensive mining faces,a study was conducted using Jining No.1 coal mine as an example.Based on the analysis of its ventilation status,the ventilation resistance of the first and third mining areas was measured,and two optimization schemes were proposed accordingly.The schemes were compared from three levels:transformation cost,technical feasibility,and calculation software.It is concluded that using scheme 1 for optimization has obvious advantages,and the optimization effect of scheme 1 is evaluated.
