摘要
为适用卫星上高导热石墨膜新工艺应用,分析了Ⅰ型埋件拉脱现象及其产生原因、机理,进行了工艺基础研究,为星上导热石墨膜技术普及奠定了基础。通过对Ⅰ型埋件拉脱现象分析,得出其中7个影响变量或潜在影响变量,并分析得出螺钉规格、蜂窝板厚度及埋件有无自由移动间隙3个变量可作为试验研究变量。进行M5-TB3和M6-TB3规格的钛合金紧固件在不同厚度蜂窝板的有间隙情况临界力矩拉脱试验,通过多项式拟合、反向传播(back propagation,BP)神经网络拟合等方法对数据进行了处理,得出了试验结论。本文研究成果可为卫星热控设计和总装集成提供有力参考。
In order to apply the new process of high thermal conductivity graphite film to satellites,this paper analyzes the pulling off phenomenon of type Ⅰ embedded parts,as well as its causes and mechanism,and carries out the basic research on process,laying a foundation for the popularization of on-board thermal conductive graphite film technology.According to the analysis on the pulling-off phenomenon of type Ⅰ embedded parts,seven influential variables or potential influential variables are obtained,deriving three variables,namely,screw specification,honeycomb plate thickness and whether there is free movement gap in embedded parts or not,which can be used as experimental research variables.The critical moment pull-off test of M5-TB3 and M6-TB3 titanium alloy fasteners with clearance of honeycomb plates of different thickness has been carried out.The data are processed by polynomial fitting and BP neural network fitting,drawing conclusions of the test.The findings of the test provide a strong reference for satellite thermal control design and assembly integration.
