摘要
水性裂纹涂料是一种安全环保的美术型涂料,通常由底漆、中涂漆及面漆组成,广泛应用于涂料、塑料、建筑等行业。本文研制了适用于塑料制品的水性裂纹涂料,通过对水分散性丙烯酸树脂和水溶性阳离子树脂的联合使用,从而得到理想的裂纹状涂层。本文主要介绍了水性裂纹涂料的制备及其在实际应用中的优势。
Waterborne crack coating is a safe and environmentally friendly art coating,usually composed of primer,medium painted and topcoat,which is widely used in coatings,plastics,construction and other industries.In this paper,a waterborne crack coating suitable for plastic products is developed,and the ideal crack-like coating is obtained by combining the use of water-dispersible acrylic resin and water-soluble cationic resin.This paper mainly introduces the preparation of waterborne crack coatings and their advantages in practical applications.
