基于Fuzzy-DEMATEL-ISM的四川省报废汽车回收率影响因素分析

Research on influencing factors for the End-of-Life Vehicles Recycling Rate in Sichuan Province based on Fuzzy-DEMATEL-ISM

摘要 报废汽车回收率对汽车回收拆解利用产业发展至关重要。对四川省报废汽车回收率影响因素做了相关研究,结合四川省报废汽车回收产业发展现状,从经济层面、政策层面、技术层面、思想层面和其他层面5个维度提出了12个影响因素,并收集了专家问卷,借助Fuzzy-DEMATEL法定量分析了各因素的影响程度;结合ISM法分析了报废汽车回收率关键影响因素的层级关系,识别出收车成本、回收利润、车主收入水平、环保意识、法律意识5个直接影响因素,非法回收处罚力度、补贴政策、零部件再利用政策3个本质影响因素。针对影响因素分析结果,提出了相应建议措施,为四川省报废汽车回收率的提升提供参考。 The recovery rate of End-of-life vehicles is extremely significant to the development of the automobile recycling and dismantling industry.This paper studied the influencing factors of the recovery rate of scrapped vehicles in Sichuan Province.Combined with the development status of the scrapped vehicle recycling industry in Sichuan Province,12 influencing factors were proposed from five dimensions:economic level,policy level,technical level,ideological level and other levels,in the meantime expert questionnaires were collected.The influence degree of each factor was quantitatively analyzed by Fuzzy-DEMATEL method.The hierarchical relationship of key factors affecting the recovery rate of scrapped vehicles was analyzed with the combination of ISM,meanwhile five direct influencing factors were identified,namely,the cost of collecting vehicles,the profit of recycling,the income level of car owners,the awareness of environmental protection and the awareness of law,along with three essential influencing factors,namely,the penalty intensity of illegal recycling,subsidy policy and the policy of recycling parts.According to the analysis results of influencing factors,the corresponding suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the improvement of the recovery rate of scrapped vehicles in Sichuan Province.
