乳酸链球菌素对单增李斯特菌生物膜的杀灭效果研究

摘要 目的研究乳酸链球菌素对单核增生李斯特菌生物膜的杀灭效果。方法通过生物膜和最低杀/抑菌浓度测定方法,对乳酸链球菌素杀灭和抑制单增李斯特菌及其生物膜的效果进行观察。结果乳酸链球菌素对单增李斯特菌最低杀菌和抑菌浓度分别为3.125μg/mL和12.5μg/mL;抑制单增李斯特菌形成生物膜的最低浓度为3.125μg/mL,杀灭成熟生物膜的最低浓度为25μg/mL。25μg/mL乳酸链球菌素对单增李斯特菌生物膜作用9 h,生物膜形成率由6.19%减少到0.18%,降低率为97.10%。结论乳酸链球菌素对单增李斯特菌的抑菌杀菌效果明显,能有效杀灭其形成的成熟生物膜。 Objective To study the killing effect of nisin on Listeria monocytogenes biofilm.Methods The effects of nisin on killing and inhibiting Listeria monocytogenes and its biofilm were observed by the determination of biofilm formation and minimum bactericidal/inhibitory concentration(MBC/MIC).Results The MBC and MIC of nisin against Listeria monocytogenes were 3.125μg/mL and 12.5μg/mL;the minimum concentration of nisin to inhibit Listeria monocytogenes from forming biofilm was 3.125μg/mL,and the minimum concentration to kill mature biofilm was 25μg/mL.When 25μg/mL nisin was used to treat Listeria monocytogenes for 9 h,the biofilm formation rate decreased from 6.19%to 0.18%,with a reduction rate of 97.10%.Conclusion Nisin has obvious antibacterial and bactericidal effect on Listeria monocytogenes,and can effectively kill the mature biofilm formed by Listeria monocytogenes.
