摘要
目的分析血液检验方式对地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血的诊断价值。方法抽取2021年1月-2022年12月本院行贫血鉴别的患者共计100例,按计算机1∶1随机数列分组,即对照组(缺铁性贫血,n=50),研究组(地中海贫血,n=50)。比较两组血液学检测结果和红细胞参数指标。结果与缺铁性贫血患者相比,地中海贫血患者RBC、Hb水平更高,RDW及MCV水平更低,数据比较有意义(P<0.05);两组MCH水平比较差异无意义(P>0.05)。结论通过对血细胞参数的RBC、Hb、RDW及MCV进行鉴别,对地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血的诊断是有一定应用价值的。
Objective To analyze diagnostic value of blood test methods for Thalassemia and Iron-deficiency anemia.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with anemia identification in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into control group(iron-deficiency anemia,n=50)and study group(Thalassemia,n=50)equally with computer 1:1 random sequence.Hematology test results,red blood cell parameter indicators were compared between two groups.Results Thalassemia patients had higher levels of RBC and Hb,lower levels of RDW and MCV than Iron-deficiency anemia patients,data was significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in MCH levels between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Differentiation of blood cell parameters such as RBC,Hb,RDW and MCV has some certain practical value in diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia.
