摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月-2021年3月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的60例腹股沟疝患者,以简单随机法将其分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(30例,实施传统无张力修补术),治疗组(30例,实施TAPP治疗),对两组治疗效果,术前术后疼痛情况等进行比较。结果治疗组手术指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后1d及3d的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以TAPP方案治疗腹股沟疝可获得满意效果,安全性高,且术后恢复快,疼痛程度轻,值得临床运用。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair(TAPP)in treatment of Inguinal hernia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with Inguinal hernia admitted to Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group from March 2019 to March 2021,and divided them into treatment group and control group with simple random method.Control group(30 cases,with traditional tension-free repair)and treatment group(30 cases,with TAPP treatment)was compared in terms of treatment effect,preoperative and postoperative pain.Results Treatment group had more significant difference in surgical related indicators than control group,P<0.05;pain scores of treatment group on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery was lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2 cases in treatment group experienced complications,with incidence rate of 6.67%,significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TAPP scheme can achieve satisfactory effect,high safety,quick recovery after operation and mild pain for Inguinal hernia,which is worthy of clinical application.
