摘要
目的:分析金水六君煎加减治疗老年肺炎痰湿蕴肺证的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月广州中医药大学金沙洲医院收治的146例老年肺炎痰湿蕴肺证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=73)和对照组(n=73)。对照组给予常规肺炎对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合金水六君煎加减治疗,比较两组中医疗效、影像学疗效及治疗前后中医症候积分、C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果:观察组总有效率和肺部阴影总吸收有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候积分、CRP和PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷气短、胃脘腹胀和纳呆评分、CRP和PCT水平较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金水六君煎加减治疗能提升老年肺炎痰湿蕴肺证患者的整体效果,有效抑制炎症反应,促进肺部阴影吸收,缓解临床症状。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction in the treatment of senile pneumonia with phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung syndrome.Method:A total of 146 senile pneumonia patients with phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung syndrome who admitted to Jinshazhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=73)and the control group(n=73)by random number table method.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment of pneumonia,the observation group was combined with Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)curative effect,imaging curative effect,TCM symptom score,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate and the total effective rate of lung shadow absorption in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in TCM syndrome score,CRP and PCT levels between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,chest tightness,shortness of breath,abdominal distension and anorexia,CRP and PCT levels in two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction can improve the overall effect of senile pneumonia patients with phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung syndrome,effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction,promote the absorption of lung shadow and relieve clinical symptoms.
