摘要
目的观察中药超声雾化熏蒸联合聚乙二醇滴眼液在干眼症患者中的应用。方法纳入干眼症患者52例(86眼)随机分为对照组26例(40眼),使用单纯聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗;观察组26例(46眼),在对照组治疗基础上每周行2次中药超声雾化熏蒸。比较2组治疗前后各项相关指标。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后1周、治疗后1个月较治疗前SIt、NIBUT及FL、主观评分均有改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后1个月各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药雾超声化联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症效果明显,可提高泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间,更好地缓解干眼症症状。
Objective To observe the application of Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization fumigation combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops in patients with dry eye.Methods A retrospective case study included 52 patients with dry eye(86 eyes)who were randomly divided into a control group(26 patients with 40 eyes)treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops alone and observation group of 26 cases(46 eyes)treated with Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization fumigation combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops on the basis of the control group twice a week.The relevant indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after treatment and one month after treatment,SIt,NIBUT,FL and subjective scores were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and all indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group one month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization fumigation combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye has significant effect,can improve tear secretion,tear film rupture time,better alleviate dry eye symptoms.
