摘要
干眼在视频终端普及的当代,已成为一种常见的眼科疾病,主要表现为眼部干涩、疲劳感、异物感等,临床多从肝肾论治。根据五轮学说,白睛属于气轮,内应于肺,干眼的发病与肺密切相关。若肺金受损,清肃不得,气机失调,布津失常,上窍不得濡养,则发为干眼。故干眼可从肺论治,首当治肺,复其治节,临床可取得良好疗效。笔者从理论基础、肺脏受损致干眼的机制、临床探索、病例举隅等方面浅析干眼的治疗,旨在为临床研究提供新思路。
Dry eye has become a common ophthalmic disease in the modern era where video terminals are popular,mainly manifesting as dryness,fatigue,and foreign body sensation in the eyes,etc.Clinically,dry eye is mostly treated from the liver and kidney.If the lung is damaged,the lung is not clear and purified,the qi is not regulated,the distribution of fluid is not normal,and the upper orifice is not moistened,the dry eye will develop.Therefore,dry eyes can be treated from the lung,the first thing to do is to treat the lung,and then treat its joints.Clinical research and practice have proven that treating dry eyes from the lung can achieve good results.This article discussed the theoretical basis,the mechanism of dry eye caused by lung damage,clinical exploration,and case examples,aiming to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment and research of dry eye.
