摘要
目的探究妇科千金胶囊联合普罗雌烯醇治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效及对氧化应激、生活质量的影响。方法以2020年10月至2022年6月我院收治的88例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,依据随机对照法分为观察组和对照组(各44例)。对照组给予普罗雌烯外用,观察组在对照组基础上加用妇科千金胶囊口服,两组均治疗一个疗程14d。随访6个月,比较两组治疗疗效、复发率,及治疗前后氧化应激、生活质量变化情况。结果与对照组(81.81%)相比,观察组治疗总有效率(95.45%)较高(P<0.05);治疗后两组一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平较治疗前升高,丙二醛(MDA)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平较治疗前降低,且观察组NO、SOD水平高于对照组,观察组MDA、ET-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活、总体生活质量各生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)量表维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组(20.45%)相比,观察组复发率(4.54%)较低(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合普罗雌烯醇治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切,可调节氧化应激产物,提高患者生活质量,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the cnical efficacy of Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with proestrol in the treatment of senile vaginitis and its effect on oxidative stress and quality of life.METHODS 88 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group(44 cases in each group).The control group was treated with proestrene for external use,and the observation group was treated with gynaecological Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days and follow up for 6 months.The curative effect,recurrence rate,oxidative stress and quality of life of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The effective rate of the observation group(95.45%)was higher compared with the control group(81.81%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the two groups were increased,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of NO and SOD in the observation group were higher,while the levels of MDA and ET-1 in the observation group were lower compared with control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,material life and overall quality of life in the two groups were increased and the scores in observation group were higher compared with control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group(4.54%)was lower compared with the control group(20.45%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The treatment of senile vaginitis with Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with diethylstilbestrol has a definite effect.It can regulate the oxidative stress products,improve the quality of life and reduce recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
