摘要
黑龙江省地处东北亚中心腹地,是中国内陆沿边开放的重要省份,与中国“一带一路”倡议的重要合作伙伴俄罗斯有着近3000公里的边境线,拥有国家一类边境口岸15个,对俄贸易总量占全国的四分之一左右,是促进“东北亚区域经济圈”更好更快发展的重要桥梁。随着自由贸易试验区的建设,黑龙江将全面提升对外开放水平,推动中俄合作迈向更深层次。文章通过对黑龙江省与俄罗斯经贸合作发展现状、发展机遇以及今后推进双方经贸发展的具体路径的全面分析,提出黑龙江省进一步扩大对俄经贸合作的若干政策建议。
Located in the center of Northeast Asia,Heilongjiang Province is key to China's inland border opening.With nearly 3000 kilometers of border with Russia,an important partner of China's“Belt and Road”initiative,has 15 national class I border ports,and its total trade volume with Russia accounts for about a quarter of the country.It is an important bridge to promote the better and faster advancement of the“Northeast Asia regional economic circle”.With the construction of the Free Trade Pilot Zone,Heilongjiang will comprehensively enhance its level of opening up to the outside world and promote China-Russian cooperation to a higher level.To this end,the article proposes several policy suggestions for Heilongjiang Province to further expand economic and trade cooperation with Russia through a comprehensive analysis of the current status,opportunities,and specific paths for promoting economic and trade development of both sides in the future.
