摘要
黑龙江是我国农业大省,也是重要的商品粮基地,对于保障国家粮食安全、稳定社会秩序、带动经济发展等方面的作用至关重要。随着“一带一路”倡议的持续推进,黑龙江省稻米迎来了新的出口机遇。文章运用国际竞争力分析指标对黑龙江省稻米的生产和贸易状况进行分析,发现黑龙江省稻米的国际市场占有率较低,出口竞争力仍有较大的提升空间。围绕如何提升黑龙江省稻米出口竞争力,文章从科技赋能生产、提高稻米品质、稻米产业转型以及强化政策扶持等方面提出针对性政策建议。
As a major agricultural province and an important commodity grain base,Heilongjiang plays a crucial role in ensuring national food security,stabilizing social order and driving economic development.With the continuous promotion of the“Belt and Road”,Heilongjiang Province has ushered in new export opportunities for rice.In this context,the article sets out to explore the production and trade status of rice in Heilongjiang Province drawing on the international competitiveness analysis indicators.It is found that the international market share of rice in Heilongjiang Province is relatively low,and there is still significant room for improvement in export competitiveness.Hence,the article proposes targeted recommendations from the perspectives of technology-empowered production,enhancing rice quality,transforming the rice industry,and strengthening policy support.
