摘要
目的应用中医耳穴压豆技术治疗慢性肩关节运动性软组织损伤患者,观察15 min后和24 h后的临床疗效。方法对100例慢性肩关节运动性软组织损伤患者,应用耳穴压豆技术进行治疗,分别比较患者耳穴压豆治疗前及治疗后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、NEER肩关节功能评分、患侧肩部温度及肩关节活动度的变化。结果耳穴压豆治疗15 min后和24 h后VAS评分[(3.13±0.98)、(2.48±0.52)分]较治疗前[(6.04±1.16)分]均明显下降(P<0.01);NEER评分[(80.18±2.33)、(83.40±2.53)分]显著较治疗前[(50.99±6.43)分]明显升高(P<0.01);治疗15 min后的肩部温度明显高于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后肩关节各方向活动度均较治疗前有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论耳穴压豆可以快速减轻慢性肩关节运动性软组织损伤患者的疼痛,增加关节活动度,且操作安全简单,依从性好,适合推广。
Objective To apply the auricular acupoint pressure bean technique in Chinese medicine to treat patients with chronic motor soft tissue injury of shoulder joint and observe the clinical efficacy after 15 minutes and 24 hours.Methods In 100 patients with chronic motor soft tissue injury of the shoulder joint,the auricular acupoint pressure bean technique was applied to treat the patients,and the changes of Visual Analog Scoring(VAS)score,NEER shoulder function score,shoulder temperature and shoulder mobility were compared before and after auricular acupoint pressure bean treatment.Results The VAS scores after 15 minutes and 24 hours of auricular acupressure were significantly lower than that before treatment.NEER scores after 15 minutes and 24 hours after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment.Shoulder temperature after 15 minutes of treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment.Shoulder joint mobility in all directions after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressure bean can rapidly reduce pain and increase joint mobility in patients with chronic motor soft tissue injury of the shoulder joint.It is safe and simple to operate,with good compliance,and suitable for promotion.
