摘要
在850~900℃,通过钠和氟钽酸钾发生氧化-还原反应制备电容器级高比容金属钽粉.对经水-酸洗工艺湿法提纯后钽粉的物理性能进行对比,并分析不同比容、粒度的钽粉,经过水洗、酸洗、烘干和筛分后,杂质含量、松装密度、平均粒径、比表面积、流动性和粒度的分布规律.结果表明,经过水-酸洗后的钽粉,粒度分布发生变化,杂质含量降低,电性能提高.
Sodium and potassium fluorotantalate are used to prepare capacitor-grade high-capacity metal tantalum powder by oxidation-reduction method at 850-900℃.This paper compares the chemical and physical properties of tantalum powder in the wet purification process of water-acid washing process,and analyzes the chemical impurity content,loose packing density,average particle size,specific surface area,mobility and particle size distribution pattern of tantalum powder with different specific volume and particle size after water washing,acid washing,drying and sieving powder.The results show that the tantalum powder after water-acid washing,has changed in particle size distribution,reduced in chemical impurity content and improved in electrical properties.
