摘要
封闭式货车货物隔离装置,是一种车辆最后排座位的后方与载货区之间的隔离系统,如隔离板,隔离栏,隔栅等。具有使车辆在公共道路正常行驶的各工况下(如全制动、紧急制动、曲线制动、快速车道改变和曲线驾驶),保证司乘人员免受车上货物移动造成的伤害的作用,因其需要起到驾驶室、前排驾乘人员的隔离防护作用,因此根据汽车安全法规将其定义为公告类零件,属于车内专用装置,本文主要介绍常见封闭式货车用隔离装置结构及其对应的特点。
Closed truck cargo isolation device is a kind of isolation system between the rear of the rear seat of the vehicle and the cargo area,such as isolation plates,isolation fences,grilles,etc.It has the role of making the vehicle drive normally on public roads under various working conditions(such as full braking,emergency braking,curve braking,fast lane change and curve driving),to ensure that the driver and passengers are protected from injuries caused by the movement of goods on the vehicle.As it needs to play the role of isolation and protection of the cab and front passengers,so it is defined as an announcement type of parts according to automobile safety regulations,which belongs to the special device in the car.This article mainly introduces the structure of common closed truck isolation devices and their corresponding characteristics.
