摘要
以提高建筑可持续性及经济性为目的,突破传统全过程分析模式,从全生命周期的角度研究混凝土耐久性水平、影响因素与成本之间的关系,探析折现率、工程结构设计使用年限、结构可靠度与全生命周期成本之间的函数关系,构建混凝土耐久性全生命周期成本分析(LCCA)模型,探讨混凝土耐久性LCCA中存在的不确定因素,并以工程案例进行实证分析。
In order to improve the sustainability and economy of buildings,the traditional whole process analysis model is broken through.The relationship between concrete durability level,influencing factors and cost is studied from the perspective of whole life cycle.The functional relationship between discount rate,service life of engineering structure design,structural reliability and whole life cycle cost is analyzed.The whole life cycle cost analysis(LCCA)model of concrete durability is constructed.The uncertain factors in LCCA of concrete durability are discussed,and the empirical analysis is carried out with engineering cases.
