摘要
随着钻探工程向着复杂地层地区的发展,传统的植物胶钻井液难以满足护壁和取心的目的。本文研究了魔芋胶钻井液及微泡剂改性魔芋胶钻井液的滤失量、流变特性和防塌性能,结合某白云岩矿的现场取心对高聚物改性钻井液的护壁取心效果进行验证。研究发现:增加魔芋胶和微泡剂浓度均能提升钻井液的防滤失和流变特性;新型高聚物改性钻井液的最佳配比为水∶魔芋胶∶微泡剂=1000∶7∶7。通过现场护壁取心试验表明,改性钻井液的取心率高达90%以上,且护壁效果良好,能很大程度上提高钻孔效率。
With the development of drilling engineering towards complex stratum areas,traditional plant gum drilling fluid is difficult to meet the purpose of wall protection and coring.The filtration,rheological properties,and anti-collapse properties of Konjac gum drilling fluid and microbubble agent modified Konjac gum drilling fluid were studied,and combined with the field coring of a dolomite mine,the effect of wall coring of polymer-modified drilling fluid was verified.Research has found that increasing the concentration of konjac gum and microbubble agent can improve the filtration resistance and rheological properties of drilling fluid.The optimal ratio of a new type of polymer-modified drilling fluid was water:konjac gum:micro foaming agent=1000∶7∶7.The on-site wall protection and the coring test showed that the coring rate of modified drilling fluid was more than 90%,and the wall protection effect is good,which can significantly improve drilling efficiency.
