摘要
针对市场上幼童传统测温设备不精准、体积大、穿戴不舒适等问题,采用DS18B20微型贴片温测传感器、TISSU柔性银感纤维胶布、NFC无线射频技术,结合3D建模手法,融合人体工程学、人体生理学等系统知识体系,建立了幼童可穿戴式智能体温监测设备。该设备体积轻薄,可柔性化卷曲穿戴,能实现对幼童体温的监控和即时测量,并具备向移动终端设备发送传输数据的功能,达到了智能反映幼童体温,方便监护者为幼童增减衣物,提高幼童穿着热湿舒适性、防护性、体温监测的目的,可为同类智能化产品设计及改良提供思路。
In view of the problems such as inaccurate,large size and uncomfortable wearing of traditional temperature measuring equipment for young children in the market,DS18B20 micro-patch temperature measuring sensor,TISSU flexible silver fiber tape and NFC radio frequency technology were combined with 3D modeling techniques,integration of ergonomics,human physiology and other systems of knowledge to establish a wearable intelligent body temperature monitoring device for young children.The device is thin and flexible,can monitor and measure the body temperature of young children in real time,and has the function of sending and transmitting data to mobile terminal devices,so as to reflect the body temperature of young children intelligently.It is convenient for the guardian to add or remove clothes for young children,improve the thermal comfort,protection and temperature monitoring of young children,and provide ideas for the design and improvement of similar intelligent products.
