金属纳米簇荧光传感分析简述

摘要 荧光传感分析作为生物传感器的一种,具有制备简便,响应速度快,对各种目标物的灵敏度高和选择性强等独特优势,它是通过测定加入目标物量的不同引起的荧光强度变化来实现对目标物的检测。以特定序列的DNA链原位合成而得的金属纳米团簇作为一种新型荧光传感器的信号源,具有合成简单、超小尺寸、低毒性、无需修饰和标记、光稳定性好等优点,被广泛应用于生物传感、生物标记、疾病诊断等领域。随着DNA纳米技术的发展,研究者们将金属纳米簇与DNA纳米结构相结合,试图构建性能更为优越的传感检测平台。 As a type of biosensor,fluorescence sensing analysis has the unique advantages of easy preparation,fast response time,high sensitivity and selectivity for various targets.It is achieved by measuring the change in fluorescence intensity caused by different amounts of added targets.The metal nanoclusters obtained by in situ synthesis of DNA strands of specific sequences are used as a signal source for a new type of fluorescent sensor,which has the advantages of simple synthesis,ultra-small size,low toxicity,no need for modification and labelling,and good light stability,and are widely used in the fields of biosensing,biomarking and disease diagnosis.With the development of DNA nanotechnology,researchers have combined metal nanoclusters with DNA nanostructures in an attempt to construct a sensing and detection platform with superior performance.
