摘要
以织物表面方阻表征整理织物的传感性能,探讨了MXene溶液对棉织物整理的可行性。测试结果表明:随着MXene质量浓度增加,整理后棉织物的表面方阻降低,断裂强力增加;整理棉织物中,MXene以氢键的形式与棉织物进行交联,较优的MXene质量浓度为6 g/L;经过整理后,棉织物表面方阻大幅降低,同时表面方阻随着受拉应变与受拉次数的增加而增加,随受压应变与受拉次数的增加而降低,受压应变的灵敏性与稳定性优于受拉应变。分析认为:采用MXene溶液对棉织物进行传感整理具有一定的可行性。
The sensing performance of finished fabrics is characterized by the surface square resistance of fabrics,and the feasibility of MXene solution for sensing finishing of cotton fabric is discussed.The results show that the surface resistance of finished cotton fabrics decreases with the increasing of MXene concentration,and the fracture strength increases with the increasing of MXene concentration.MXene is cross-linked with cotton fabric in the form of hydrogen bonds after finishing with MXene solution,and the optimum concentration of MXene is 6 g/L.The surface square resistance of the finished cotton fabric greatly reduces,and at the same time,the surface square resistance increases with the increasing of tension strain and stretching times,and decreases with the increasing of compression strain and stretching times.The sensitivity and stability of compression strain are better than those of tensile strain.Analysis shows that it is feasible to use MXene solution for sensing finishing of cotton fabrics.
