摘要
依托洛宁抽水蓄能电站上水库趾板开挖阶段至有盖重阶段各类钻孔灌浆工程,针对施工过程中遇到斑状花岗岩低波速带的地质问题、履带钻孔设备爬坡及钻孔安全问题、帷幕灌浆钻灌作业平台问题、灌浆工程污水“零排放”问题,提出并形成了一系列抽水蓄能电站上水库趾板灌浆工程施工关键技术,提高了上水库河谷地段岩体的整体稳定性和防渗性能,确保了固结灌浆和帷幕灌浆安全、快速、经济并且保证工程质量,真正实现了灌浆工程污水“零排放”。
Based on all kinds of drilling grouting projects from the excavation stage to the cover weight stage of the upper reservoir toe slab of Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station,aiming at the geological problems of low wave velocity zone of porphyritic granite,the climbing of crawler drilling equipment and the safety of drilling,the problem of curtain grouting drilling and operation platform,and the problem of“zero discharge”of sewage in grouting engineering,a series of key technologies for the construction of the upper reservoir toe slab grouting project of pumped storage power station are proposed and formed,which not only improves the overall stability and anti-seepage performance of the rock mass in the valley section of the upper reservoir,ensures the safe,rapid,economical and quality-guaranteed implementation of consolidation grouting and curtain grouting,but also truly realizes the“zero discharge”of grouting engineering sewage.
