大直径高强度钢拉杆强度可靠性分析

摘要 为了研究大直径高强度钢拉杆的强度可靠性,以江底河特大桥为背景,对索股锚固系统80 mm和110 mm两种规格共计376组高强度钢拉杆开展了超张拉试验研究,同时,充分考虑尺寸、材料和载荷等输入变量的概率分布对钢拉杆强度的影响,利于有限元软件对高强度钢拉杆进行了强度可靠性分析。结果表明:超张拉试验中钢拉杆实际伸长量与理论伸长量差值误差不超过±5%,整批钢拉杆强度可靠性满足设计要求。从概率有限元的分析结果可知,材料的弹性模量、屈服强度以及加载力是影响钢拉杆强度可靠性的重要因素,降低这3个参数的离散化程度能够有效提高整批钢拉杆的强度可靠性水平。制造环节对材料性能按标准严控的情况下,可以降低超张拉试验的抽样比例。 In order to study the strength reliability of large-diameter tie rod made of high-strength steel,the over-tensioning test of 376 groups of tie rods made of high-strength steel for 80 mm and 110 mm cable strand anchoring system is carried out based on the conditions of Jiangdi River Bridge.At the same time,the influence of the probability distribution of input variables such as size,material and load on the strength of steel tie rods is fully considered.The strength reliability analysis of tie rod made of high strength steel is carried out by finite element software.The results show that the difference error between the actual and the theoretical elongation of the steel tie rod in over-tensioning test is no more than±5%,and the strength reliability of the whole batch of steel tie rod meets the design requirements.The results of probability by finite element analysis show that the elastic modulus,yield strength and loading force of the material are important factors affecting the strength reliability of the steel tie rod.Reducing the discretization degree of the three parameters can effectively improve the strength reliability level of the whole batch of steel tie rod.Under the condition that the material properties are strictly controlled in the manufacturing process,the sampling proportion of the over-tensioning test can be reduced.
