基于TBL教学的肾内科知识与技能培训对护理实习生综合能力提升的效果

Effect of Nephrology Knowledge and Skills Training Based on TBL Teaching on the Improvement of Comprehensive Ability of Nursing Interns

摘要 目的:探讨基于团队学习(TBL)教学法的肾内科知识与技能培训对护理实习生综合能力提升的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月昆明医科大学第二附属医院接收的护理实习生60名为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30名。两组进行肾内科知识与技能培训,对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取TBL教学。比较两组护理实习生测试得分、对教学方法评价情况、理论与实践考试成绩。结果:观察组客观题、简答题、应用分析题得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组理论与实践考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:采用TBL教学模式进行肾内科知识与技能培训比传统教学方法的效果更好,能够提高护理实习生的测试得分、理论与实践考试成绩,对教学方法的满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of nephrology knowledge and skills training based on team-based learning(TBL)train⁃ing on the improvement of comprehensive ability of nursing interns.Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns were selected as obser⁃vation subjects at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January to December 2022,and were di⁃vided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were trained on nephrology knowledge and skills.The control group were trained on traditional teaching model,and the ob⁃servation group were trained on the TBL model.The test scores,evaluation of teaching methods,theoretical,and practical exami⁃nation scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of objective questions,short answer questions and ap⁃plied analysis questions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the theoretical and practical test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusions:TBL teaching model is more effective than traditional teaching methods in training nephrology knowledge and skills.It can improve nursing interns'test scores,theoretical and practical examination scores,and satisfaction with the teaching methods.
