摘要
目的:探究循证护理在胆囊结石腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于贵州医科大学附属医院行胆囊结石腹腔镜术的胆囊结石患者500例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各250例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予循证护理。比较两组疼痛评分、并发症发生率、恢复情况。结果:术后1、2、3、4d,干预组疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预组术后排气时间、术后下床时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:循证护理对胆囊结石腹腔镜术患者的应用效果确切,可减轻术后疼痛程度,保证护理安全性,促进机体恢复。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients after laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones.Methods:Five hundred patients with gallbladder stones who underwent laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of two hundred and fifty cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given conventional nursing care and the intervention group was given evidence-based nursing care.Pain scores,complication rates,and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1,2,3 and 4 d postoperatively,the pain scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the complication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the postoperative ventilating time,postoperative getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing for patients with laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder stones has a precise effect,which can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,ensure the safety of nursing care,and promote the recovery of the organism.
