绿色食品农药残留检测技术探讨

摘要 近年,随着科学技术的迅速发展,我国农业已由人工耕种逐渐向机械化生产转变,农产品产量显著提升,人民生活水平大幅度提高。为了减少农药对人体的危害,农药残留检测技术十分重要。相关机构在绿色食品安全检测方面积累了宝贵经验,也拥有了成熟技术,对于维护国民安全有着巨大的影响。因此,本文研究了绿色食品农药残留检测技术,并提出了一些建议,以期给相关机构提供参考。 In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,China's agriculture has been gradually transformed from artificial farming to mechanization production,the output of agricultural products has been significantly improved,and people's living standards have been greatly improved.In order to reduce the harm of pesticides to human body,pesticide residue detection technology is very important.The relevant agencies have accumulated valuable experience and mature technology in green food safety testing,which has a huge impact on the maintenance of national safety.Therefore,this paper studied the detection technology of pesticide residues in green food,and put forward some suggestions,in order to provide reference for relevant institutions.
