摘要
目的:观察柴桂温胆定志汤联合阿戈美拉汀片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及对血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、色氨酸羟化酶(TPH)水平的影响。方法:选取96例抑郁症患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组采用阿戈美拉汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用柴桂温胆定志汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及血清5-HT、TPH水平。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为81.25%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组HAMD、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组HAMD、SDS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组HAMD、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清5-HT、TPH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组5-HT、TPH水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组5-HT、TPH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴桂温胆定志汤联合阿戈美拉汀片治疗抑郁症可提高临床疗效及神经递质水平,有效改善患者抑郁症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction combined with Agomelatine Tablets for depression and its effect on the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and tryptophan hydroxylase(TPH) in serum.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with depression were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Agomelatine Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the levels of 5-HT and TPH in serum were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group and 81.25% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of HAMD and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of HAMD and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of 5-HT and TPH between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT and TPH in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of 5-HT and TPH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction combined with Agomelatine Tablets for depression can improve the clinical effect and neurotransmitter levels,and effectively improve the symptoms of depression.
