摘要
建立了拉曼光谱法鉴别不同的黄色蜡质。通过532 nm和633 nm波长的激发光对黄蜂蜡和小烛树蜡进行拉曼光谱分析,并利用化学计量学工具找出造成差异的关键因素。运用主成分(PCA)和偏最小二乘(PLS)法对数据进行分析,可以得到这2种蜡质很好的聚类结果,并通过模型在532 nm条件下成功预测了未知样品的类别。最后,利用变量投影重要性分析得到它们的差异主要在于醇类含氧物质的含量或形态的不同。
Raman spectroscopy was applied to identify different yellow waxes in this paper.Raman spectroscopic analysis of wasp was and candelilla wax was performed by excitation light at wavelengths of 532 nm and 633 nm,and the key factors that caused the differences were identified using chemometrics tools.The principal component(PCA)and partial least squares(PLS)methods were utilized to analyze the data,and fine grouping results of these two waxes were acquired;moreover,unknown samples were successfully predicted at 532 nm by the established model.Lastly,by the variable projection importance analysis,the chemical differences between these two kinds of waxes were figured out,which mainly lied in the content or morphology of the alcohol oxygenated substance.
