基于Ethernet/IP总线的堆垛天车控制系统设计

摘要 针对传统碳素行业炭块堆垛天车控制系统存在的夹具下滑、炭块掉落等问题,设计了一套基于Ethernet/IP总线的控制系统。该控制系统以Compactlogix5000 PLC为主控平台,采用分布式控制系统架构,夹具起升机构采用ACS880系列变频器做速度闭环矢量控制,设计有零速悬停和直流强励磁防溜钩功能;每个炭块夹具增加了超声波开关以检测炭块夹持状态,有效解决了炭块夹持过程中脱落或掉块后继续提升的安全问题。 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional carbon block stacking overhead travelling crane control system in carbon industry,such as fixture sliding,carbon block falling and so on,a set of control system based on Ethernet/IP bus is designed.The control system adopts Compactlogix5000 PLC as the main control platform and adopts distributed control system architecture.The fixture hoisting mechanism adopts ACS880 series frequency converter for speed closed-loop vector control,and is designed with zero-speed hover and DC strong excitation anti-slip hook function.Each carbon block fixture adds an ultrasonic switch to detect the carbon block clamping state,which effectively solves the safety problem of continuing to improve after falling off or falling off the carbon block in the process of carbon block clamping.
