摘要
与房建项目相比,在市政道路隧道工程项目全过程管理中使用BIM技术优势更加凸显。利用BIM可模拟、可视化、可协调三维模型工具和BIM审图、BIM管线综合排布与优化,可有效控制项目造价,降低项目工程施工返工,节约成本,保障项目质量与项目施工进度。本文以广东佛山南海某地的市政道路隧道项目BIM应用于质量进度管理、管线设备检测为案例,对该项目BIM应用场景和工程数据价值进行研究、推广,为其它市政道路工程全过程智能建造提供借鉴与参考。
Compared with housing projects,the advantages of using BIM technology in the whole process management of municipal road tunnel projecst are more prominent.BIM technology can be used to simulate,visualize and coordinate 3D model tools,as well as review drawing and make pipeline layout and optimization,which can effectively control project cost,reduce project construction rework and save cost,ensure the quality of the project and accelerate the construction progress of the project.Taking the application of BIM in quality schedule management and pipeline equipment inspection of a municipal road tunnel project in Nanhai,Foshan City,Guangdong Province as an example,this paper studies and popularizes the application scenario of BIM and the value of engineering data,which could provide reference for other municipal road engineering intelligent construction in the whole process.
