摘要 随着生活水平的提高和饮食习惯的改变,代谢综合征已经成为一大全球性公共卫生问题。肠道微生态是近年来的研究热点之一,越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群可以通过多种途径和大脑、肝脏、心脏等组织器官进行双向的信号传导,与机体健康之间有着密切的关系。中链脂肪酸主要以甘油三酯的形式天然存在于椰子油、棕榈仁油和乳脂中,在体内可以快速代谢产能,具有良好的调节糖脂代谢的作用。本文综述了中链脂肪酸对肠道微生态的调节作用以及对代谢综合征的改善作用,以期对未来的相关研究提供理论参考。 With the improvement of living standards and the change of dietary habits,metabolic syndrome has become a major global public health problem.The gut microbiota is one of the research hotspots in recent years.More and more studies have shown that the gut microbiota can conduct bidirectional signal transduction with different body tissues and organs such as the brain,liver and heart through various pathways,which is closely related to body health.Medium-chain fatty acids(MCFAs)exist in coconut oil,palm kernel oil and dairy products mainly in the form of medium-chain triglycerides(MCTs).MCFAs can be rapidly metabolized for energy in the body,and has good regulatory effects on glucose and lipid metabolism.This article reviews the effects of MCTs on gut microbes and their positive effects on metabolic syndrome in order to provide a reference for future research.
