摘要
煤层开采后其顶板破坏高度是影响采煤工作面支护和防治顶板溃水溃沙的主要因素之一。为了分析马兰矿28311工作面煤层顶板破坏高度,应用F-RFPA2D数值模拟软件建立了数值模型,按照采高3.5 m进行模拟,得出工作面上方直接顶初次垮落步距为4~8 m;老顶初次垮落步距为20~24 m,周期性垮落步距为12~16 m之间;导水裂隙带在发育到最大高度前具有时间性,马兰矿导水裂隙带具有突水危险性,按照裂隙带高度与采厚比反算,得到限高开采的最大开采高度为3.0 m,对于指导马兰矿顶板防治水具有重要的指导意义。
The failure height of coal seam roof is one of the main factors influencing the support and the prevention of sand and water outburst.In order to analyze the failure height of coal seam roof above 28311 working face in Malan Colliery,the author establishes a numerical model based on F-RFPA2D with a mining height of 3.5 m,in which the initial caving step of the immediate roof above the working face is 4~8 m;the first collapse step of old roof is 20~24 m;periodic collapse step between 12~16 m with timeliness of water flowing fractured zone before it develops to the maximum height and water outburst risk;according to the inverse calculation of fractured zone height and mining thickness ratio,the maximum mining height is 3.0 m,providing a guidance for roof water control in Malan Colliery.
