摘要
严格执行清单计价模式下招标工程造价控制与管理是提升工程项目经济效益的重要策略,文章采用案例分析法,以哈尔滨师范大学附属学校项目EPC工程为研究对象,对招标工程造价控制与管理展开分析。首先介绍了案例工程项目的基本情况,然后确定了招标工程造价控制与管理的工作要点,包括明确招标工程的工作范围及依据、落实准备工作、重视招标文件编制与审核、提升工程量清单编制质量等,希望为类似工程项目造价管理提供借鉴和参考。
Strictly implementing the bidding engineering cost control and management under the list valuation mode is an important strategy to improve the economic benefits of the engineering project.This paper uses the case analysis method to analyze the bidding engineering cost control and management by taking the EPC engineering of Harbin Normal University High School project as the research object.Firstly,the basic situation of the case engineering project is introduced.Then,the key points of the cost control and management of the bidding engineering are determined,including clarifying the work scope and basis for the bidding engineering,implementing the preparation work,emphasizing the preparation and audit of the bidding documents,and improving the quality of engineering quantity list preparation,hoping to provide reference for the cost management of similar engineering projects.
