摘要
高职教育体制改革需要依托产教融合,而产教融合重在强调人才培养工作展开阶段引进行业企业。这就表明在推进高职教育产教融合工作深化发展的过程中,高职院校应在政府政策支持与机制保障的调控下,以自身教育优势为基础,做好产教融合教育铺垫工作,积极与企业建立联合人才培养教学模式,强调以实现高职教育产教融合价值诉求为前提,在产教融合价值导向的推动下,探索高职院校未来人才培养与教育的实现路径,借此为推进产教融合视角下高职教育改革工作提供理论性支持。
The reform of higher vocational education system needs to rely on the integration of production and education,which focuses on the introduction of industrial enterprises in the stage of personnel training.This shows that in the process of promoting the deepening development of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges should,under the control of government policy support and mechanism guarantee,take their own educational advantages as the basis,do a good job in laying the groundwork for the integration of production and education,actively establish a joint talent training teaching model with enterprises,and emphasize the premise of realizing the value demands of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.Driven by the value-oriented integration of production and education,this paper explores the realization path of talent training and education in higher vocational colleges in the future,so as to provide theoretical support for promoting the higher vocational education reform.
