“四新”建设背景下中药学拔尖学生培养基地建设模式研究——以北京中医药大学中药学拔尖学生培养基地为例 被引量:3

Research on the construction of training base for top-notch Chinese materia medica students against the background of“four new disciplines”:a case study of such training base at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

摘要 为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于推进“新医科、新工科、新农科、新文科”建设的重要指示精神,推动中医药文化创造性转化和创新性发展,北京中医药大学“拔尖计划2.0”中药学拔尖学生培养基地保持和发展“医药圆融重传承,药教协同求创新”的培养特色,由前期摸索逐步走向模式变革,力求培养面向中医药传承创新与中医药产业升级的新型人才。以北京中医药大学中药学拔尖学生培养基地建设为例,从基地建设基本路线、建设目标与实施方案等方面进行了详细的分析与研究,期望本研究能为中医药院校中药学拔尖人才培养基地的建设提供参考。 It is proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping that“new medical science,new engineering,new agriculture and new liberal arts”(four new disciplines)should be developed.In order to put the proposal into practice for creative transformation and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture,the“Top-notch Program 2.0”training base for top Chinese materia medica(CMM)talents of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine maintains and develops the characteristics of“integration of TCM and CMM for inheritance,coordination of CMM and education for innovation”,and gradually progresses from preliminary exploration to reform,striving to cultivate new talents for the inheritance and innovation of TCM and the upgrading of TCM industry.Based on a case study of the construction of the training base for best CMM students at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research of the guiding principle,development goal and implementation plan of the base construction to provide some reference for the construction of similar top-notch talent training bases in other TCM colleges and universities.
