摘要 对叶轮数控加工较为困难,根据叶轮的几何特征进行叶轮的三维建模,明确五轴数控铣削加工工艺,基于NX2000软件制定叶轮的粗、半精和精加工时的刀具轨迹,通过NX加工—后处理构造器创建五轴数控中心工作台,并生成叶轮NC程序代码,完成了叶轮的多轴数控加工。实验结果表明,该流程缩短了叶轮加工的生产周期,降低了生产成本,在一定程度上提供了叶轮加工制造的理论基础并具有一定的实用价值。 The CNC machining of impeller is a difficult problem.According to the geometric characteristics of the impeller,the three-dimensional modeling of impeller is carried out,and the five-axis CNC milling process is laid out.Based on the NX2000 software,the tool path of the rough,semi-finish and finish machining of the impeller are determined.The five-axis CNC center workbench is created by the NX machining-postprocessing constructor,and the impeller NC program code is generated.The multi-axis CNC machining of the impeller is completed.The experimental results show that the process shortens the production cycle of impeller machining,reduces the production cost,and provides a certain theoretical basis and practical value for the processing and manufacturing of the impeller.
