摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜肝癌切除术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月在我院接受腹腔镜肝癌切除术并实施常规护理干预的肝癌患者31例与实施快速康复外科护理干预的肝癌患者34例,分别设置为对照组、研究组,回顾性分析其临床资料。两组护理干预从术前1天至术后2周,比较两组治疗依从性、术后并发症发生率、术后疼痛评分、术后恢复时间,并在两组组内和组间对比各项评分如自我管理能力、心理状况及生活质量。结果 护理干预后,研究组治疗总依从率、自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P <0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率、术后卧床时间、住院时间、术后第1天至第3天的疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 在接受腹腔镜肝癌切除术的肝癌患者围手术期护理中,应用快速康复外科理念开展护理干预,可增强患者的治疗依从性和自我管理能力,减少术后并发症,减轻术后疼痛感,有利于加快术后康复,促进患者不良情绪消除,提升其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept applicated in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,31 liver cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic liver cancer resection and received routine nursing intervention in hospitals and 34 liver cancer patients who received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention were selected as the control group and research group,respectively.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the nursing interventions were implemented until the day of patient discharge in two group.The treatment compliance,postoperative complication rate,postoperative pain score and postoperative recovery time,self-management ability,psychology and quality of life were compared between the two groups Results After nursing intervention,the total treatment compliance rate,self-management ability score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative bed time,hospital stay,pain score,anxiety score and depression score from day 1 to day 3 after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the perioperative nursing of liver cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatocellular carcinoma resection,the nursing intervention applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can enhance patients' treatment compliance and self-management ability,reduce postoperative complications,alleviate postoperative pain,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,improve patients' bad emotions,and improve their quality of life.
