摘要
轴向长度较大的花键毂内花键多采用切削工艺加工,采用冷挤压成形可有效提升零件性能、生产效率、材料利用率。设计了轴向长度远小于成形内花键轴向长度的3段式内齿挤压冲头,实现花键毂内花键轴向增量挤压成形;建立了该内花键齿形轴向增量挤压成形过程有限元模型。数值模拟获得了完整清晰的内花键齿形,最大成形载荷约为1 MN。根据载荷变化和几何结构特征可将整个成形过程分为7个成形阶段,第4阶段是稳定挤压成形阶段,挤压冲头不同区域同工件接触稳定。设计的挤压冲头和工艺过程可成形出要求的花键毂内齿形。
Inner spline of splined hub with long axial length is usually manufactured by cutting process.However,through cold extrusion process manufacturing the inner spline can effectively improve part performance,production efficiency,and material utilization.Thus,in this study,an extruding punch with three sections was designed to realize the axial-incremental extrusion of inner spline of splined hub,where the axial length of extruding punch is much less than that of desired forming inner spline.The finite element model of axial-incremental extrusion process for splined hub was developed.The results indicated that the full and clear inner spline can be obtained,and max forming load is about 1 MN.The extrusion process can divided into 7 forming stages,where the fourth stage is stable extruding stage and the contact between the different section of extruding punch and the workpiece is stable.The desired inner tooth-profile of splined hub can be formed by the designed extruding punch and process.
