摘要
目的探讨普迪思单股可吸收缝线联合医用组织胶水在剖宫产切口缝合中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性研究,选取2023年1月~2023年4月中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院产科收治的360例剖宫产患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组180例。研究组剖宫产切口缝合时采用可吸收缝合线(普迪思单股缝线,美国强生公司)联合医用组织胶水(1×Histoacryl®,0.5 mL,美国强生公司);对照组剖宫产切口单纯采用可吸收缝合线(抗菌薇乔线,美国强生公司)缝合。比较两种缝合方式的切口愈合效果、愈合时间、伤口愈合等级、线结反应程度、伤口并发症等指标。结果等级资料秩和检验结果显示,两组缝合效果比较差异有统计学意义(Z=6.492,P=0.011),研究组总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.479,P=0.026);两组伤口愈合等级比较差异无统计学意义(Z=0.286,P=0.451);但研究组伤口愈合时间短于对照组(Z=4.479,P=0.034);两组线结反应比较差异有统计学意义(Z=11.989,P=0.001),研究组线结反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ^(2)=8.175,P=0.013)。实验组伤口并发症发生率(13.33%)明显低于对照组的38.89%(P<0.05)。结论普迪思单股可吸收缝线联合医用组织胶水缝合剖宫产切口具有较好的缝合效果,可有效促进创面愈合,减少线结反应,缓解炎性反应,降低伤口并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of Purdis polyloxanone absorbable suture combined with tissue adhesive glue in the suturing of cesarean section incisions.Methods A prospective study was conducted in 360 patients undergoing Caesarean section admitted to the Obstetrics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of PLA Air Force Military Medical University from January 2023 to April 2023.They were divided into two groups according to a random number table.The study group used absorbable sutures(Purdis single strand suture,Johnson&Johnson Company)in combination with tissue adhesive glue(1×Histoacryl®,0.5 mL,Johnson&Johnson Company)for Caesarean section incision suturing,while the control group only used absorbable sutures(antibacterial Vicryl suture,Johnson&Johnson Company).The wound healing effect,healing time,wound healing grade,degree of suture reaction,and wound complications of the two groups were compared.Results The rank sum test results of the hierarchical data showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the suture effect between the two groups(Z=6.492,P=0.011),and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.479,P=0.026).There was no significant difference in the levels of wound healing between the two groups(Z=0.286,P=0.451).The wound healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(Z=4.479,P=0.034).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(Z=11.989,P=0.001),and the incidence of the knot reaction in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=8.175,P=0.013).The incidence of wound complications in the study group(13.33%)was significantly lower than 38.89% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination use of Purdis polyloxanone absorbable suture and tissue adhesive glue for suturing of Caesarean section incision has good suturing effect,which can effectively promote wound healing,reduce suture reactions,alleviate inflammatory r
