摘要
单链冷拔机拔制后的钢管经常会出现管体弯曲的现象,而弯曲度过大会对后续的钢管生产工序带来不利影响,针对该问题,从拔制工艺和单链冷拔机结构着手对单链式冷拔机生产时出现的钢管弯曲现象进行深入分析,找出产生冷拔管弯曲的原因,并针对性地提出了若干项减小弯曲度的措施。采取相关措施后,很好地避免了冷拔管弯曲现象的发生。
The steel pipe drawn by single chain drawbench often experiences bending of the pipe body,and excessive bending can have an bad impact on subsequent steel pipe production processes.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the bending phenomenon of steel pipes during the production of single chain cold drawbench from the perspectives of technology and mechanical structure,and proposes several measures to reduce the bending degree.After taking relevant measures,the phenomenon of cold-drawn pipe bending is avoided.
