摘要
针对X52M厚规格管线钢低温落锤性能不稳定问题,利用OM、SEM对落锤性能合格与不合格的试样进行了对比分析。研究发现,晶粒较为粗大且针状铁素体比例较小、多边形铁素体和珠光体含量较多、碳化物的析出较多,是造成落锤性能不稳定的原因。基于此,进行成分优化,通过Gleeble热模拟试验,测定X52M的动态CCT曲线,优化了热轧工艺。实际生产表明,优化后的厚规格管线钢X52M的落锤性能在0℃和-20℃条件下剪切撕裂面积为100%,-40℃条件下落锤性能剪切撕裂面积≥80%。
Aiming at the problem of unstable drop hammer performance of X52M thick pipeline steel at low temperature,by use of OM and SEM,this paper compares and analyzes samples with and without acceptable drop hammer performance.The effects of grain size and precipitates on the drop hammer performance were studied.It was found that the grains were relatively coarse,with a small proportion of acicular ferrite,a large amount of polygonal ferrite and pearlite,and a large amount of carbide precipitation were the reasons for the unstable drop hammer performance.Thus,it optimizes the composition.The dynamic CCT curve of X52M was measured through Gleeble thermal simulation test,and the hot rolling process was optimized.Actual production has shown that the optimized drop weight performance of thick gauge pipeline steel X52M has a shear tear area of 100%under conditions of 0℃and-20℃.Under the condition of-40℃,the shear tear area of the falling hammer is≥80%.
