摘要
以镉Cd配合物的MOFs材料JUC-48型吸附剂作为吸附材料,采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-LC)-二极管阵列检测器建立了水中7种轻质多环芳烃(PAHs)检测方法。考察了解吸剂选取、吸附剂用量、吸附时间、解析时间等预处理条件对检测影响。结果表明,在0.10~50μg/L的多环芳烃浓度范围内,JUC-48微孔吸附剂用量25 mg,乙腈为解吸剂,用量0.8 mL,吸附时间和解吸时间均为10 min。该方法灵敏度高,检出限(MDL)0.021~0.10μg/L,检测范围0.10~50μg/L,相关系数r≥0.999,精密度RSD0.24%~2.53%,目标化合物回收率95.00%~100.87%。实际样品测试均未发现7种PAHs目标化合物。该方法高效、便捷、准确,有助于清洁水体中PAHs检测,具有较强的实用性。
Seven methods for the determination of light polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)were established by solid phase extraction,high performance liquid chromatography(SPE-LC)and diode array detector.After the optimization of pretreatment conditions,we discussed the parameters that affect the determination results,such as the selection of adsorbent,the amount of adsorbent,and the adsorption and desorption time.The results showed that JUC-48 was selected as the microporous adsorbent,the amount of which was 25 mg,and 0.8 mL of acetonitrile was used as the desorption agent.The adsorption time and desorption time were both 10 min.This method has high sensitivity and the detection limit(MDL)is 0.021~0.10μg/L,detection concentration range is 0.10~50μg/L,linear correlation coefficient r≥0.999,precision RSD is 0.24%~2.53%,and recovery of all target compounds is 95.00%~100.87%.7 PAHs target compounds were found in the actual sample test.This method is efficient,convenient and accurate,which is helpful for the detection of PAHs in clean water and has strong practicability.
