摘要
超高水材料是一种纯无机材料,具有含水率高、凝固时间短、早期强度高、密封性好、成本低等特点,在井下巷道密闭及老空区治理等项目中已得到广泛的应用,而在俯采工作面防灭火技术中,超高水材料由于流动性好,扩散半径较大,因此很难堆积到一定的高度形成密闭墙隔绝空气。本文针对核桃屿煤矿俯斜综采工作面实际情况,通过改进超高水材料配比与注浆工艺,降低材料凝固时间,提高材料堆积高度,结合工程技术方案,使改性超高水材料在工作面采空区内形成一道有效的隔离密闭墙,达到工作面降温与密闭的防灭火效果。
Ultra-high water material is a kind of pure inorganic material,which has the characteristics of high water content,short solidification time,high early strength,good sealing and low cost.It has been widely used in underground roadway sealing and old goaf treatment.In the fire prevention and extinguishing technology of down mining face,ultra-high water material is difficult to accumulate to a certain height to form a closed wall to isolate air due to its good fluidity and large diffusion radius.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the inclined fully mechanized mining face in Hetaoyu Coal Mine,by improving the ratio of ultra-high water materials and grouting technology,reducing the solidification time of materials and increasing the accumulation height of materials,combined with the engineering technology scheme,the modified ultra-high water material is formed in the goaf of the working face.An effective isolation and sealing wall achieves the effect of cooling and sealing fire prevention and extinguishing in the working face.
