摘要 微针是一种微创的细针状装置,根据使用目的不同,其长度及材质的选择较为灵活。微针治疗可刺激皮肤启动自然愈合和修复过程,还可以通过在皮肤表面形成孔道、增强抗衰老成分经皮吸收率,发挥增加真皮内胶原蛋白及弹性蛋白含量的作用,从而改善细纹、松弛及皮肤质地。微针与射频或光动力联合,可以提高治疗效率,有良好的应用潜力。微针治疗促进面部年轻化的具体机制有待进一步完善,可溶性微针等多聚物材质微针的基质选择存在优化空间,使用方案缺乏统一标准。 Microneedles are minimally invasive tiny needle-like devices.The length and material of microneedles can be flexible according to the purpose.Microneedling can not only initiate the natural healing and repair process of skin,but also create miniature pores on the skin surface,enhancing the percutaneous absorption rate of topical preparations.Thus,it increases collagen and elastin levels in the dermis,resulting in improvement of wrinkles,sagging and skin texture.Microneedles can also be combined with radio frequency or photodynamic therapy.Improved treatment efficiency was demonstrated with high application potential.The specific mechanism of microneedle therapy in facial rejuvenation requires further research.The material and dosage regimen of dissolvable microneedles need to be optimized.
