摘要
目的:探讨基于控制论的护理策略对糖尿病肾病患者血液透析并发症、治疗依从性及自护能力的影响。方法:选取2017年4月1日~2021年6月1日收治的146例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各73例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施基于控制论的护理策略;比较两组并发症发生情况,干预前后自护能力、治疗依从性、创伤后成长[采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)]。结果:观察组院内感染、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组自护能力、治疗依从性、PTGI评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者实施基于控制论的护理策略,能够降低患者血液透析相关并发症的发生率,提高患者自护理能力与治疗依从性,从而改善患者创伤后成长。
Objective:To explore the effect of cybernetics-based nursing strategies on hemodialysis-associated complications,treatment compliance and self-care ability in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 146 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent hemodialysis between April 1,2017 and June 1,2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 73 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group implemented cybernetics-based nursing strategies,respectively.The incidence of complications,selfcare ability,treatment compliance and Post Traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)cores were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rates of nosocomial infection and complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care,treatment compliance and PTGI were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cybernetics-based nursing strategies intervention in patients undergoing diabetic nephropathy can reduce the incidence of hemodtalysis-associated complications,improve their self-care ability and treatment compliance,so as to improve their post-traumatic growth.
